Labour & Old Folks

Lady, its up to you to believe. Well, beliefs can be true and false.

And to Jannah, whoever you are. You may give advice. We are talking about experience here.
And like I say, pains and experience vary from people to people.
But by saying " Pompan ni bkn doctor"
I bet you aren't as well.
We can forget about old folk's saying but
when it really happens to someone, are you still going to ignore?

Right, technology is improving way too fast, but do doctors
know why my younger brother once had bruises all over his body?
Why does his blood count 9%?
Why do doctor ask us instead,
"Ma'am, why is your son left with 9% of blood count?"
Can the doctor say, "Oh pontianak da isap darah dia!"
Not all questions can be answered by science, my dear Jannah.

K, do you know that placenta has to be taken out and not be left behind?
Placenta has some black 'seeds' which midwife counts after delivering it out.
Why?
My grandma has 9 children.
During labouring one of them,
Some of the 'seeds' from the placenta is left behind.
Blood flows out from her eyes, nose, mouth and ear.
Till the 'seeds' really has come out. The blood stop oozing out.
How do we explain that?
By Science?

Ok, Lady.
Labour pains.
Lain orang, lain rasa.
For, I shouted
"Ya Allah, Ampun kan lah aku"
So how great is the pain till I shout that?
The pain is cause by the millions of tiny weenie veins that
snap from us to our womb that holds the bag, our baby is in.
But, I have a friend who don't experience that
in both her labour of her first & second child.
Depends on individual.

The nurse don't bother even if you tell her how pain it is.
The nurse even ask me, "Sakit eh? Beh main tak sakit?"
IDIIIOOOTTTT!!

You will be able to feel roughly, how is the pain about, when you get Braxton Hicks.
It happen to let you know that the day to deliver is coming.
The cervix softens in readiness for the birth.
Of course, the Creator won't be so mean to squeeze your baby head through
your cervix.
That's why He created that.
The pain makes you feel like you are going to give birth.
I experience it 2 days before birth.
Science won't be able to explain why your cervix soften when you are near
delivery time. As if they know, the time is coming.
"Pandai betul ar Cervix ni, macam tau orang da nak time branak"
Of course Science can't conclude that.

As for lenggang perot.
Its up to you.
It happen truly for me,
I often feel pain in my ribcage.
It should happen around 7-9 months.
I feel the pain when I was 5-6 months.
Thanks to the Nyai,
it doesn't hurt anymore.
Why is that?
My anak nye tangan terselit, langgar ribcage I.
Up to you, true I'm not a doctor,
but when comes to things science can't explain,
You have to listen to the
ELDER AND EXPERIENCED.
= )

Talking about old folk's saying,
We all know it means a saying that has been through
generations.
Let me ask you.
Does ur child's name has a 'Bin' or 'Binte'?
Why do it seems that only Singaporean & Malaysian
has 'Bin' or 'Binte'?
Why not in Saudi Arabia?
Indonesia?
China(Islam people)?
Aren't they Islam too?
Singapore & Malaysia used to be an island together.
Isn't it a custom passed down through generations?
Then I must say that its an old folk's saying too?

How advanced technology gets,
don't ever forget our roots and custom.
Not to forget tradition and culture too.
For hundreds of years people live before us.
What do they live with?
Old folk's saying too.
And when it comes to us,
we are too obsessed in modern life that
we heck care about all these.
